ZS Academy’s First Global Pre-Sales Engineer Training Program Concludes Successfully

More than 20 pre-sales solution engineers from system integrators across Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Malaysia gathered at ZS Academy in Shanghai for the first global training program hosted by ZS Robotics.
Led by ZS Robotics’ solution experts, the one-week intensive program provided comprehensive training on intelligent warehousing technologies, system planning methodologies, and practical project applications. Several participants successfully completed all courses and assessments, receiving completion certificates presented by Mr. Lei Cui, CEO of ZS Robotics.

During the training program, participants gained in-depth knowledge of ZS Robotics’ four-way shuttle technology and advanced planning methodologies for pallet AS/RS solutions.
The curriculum covered key topics including:
Customer requirement analysis
EIQ analysis
Layer-based scheduling and global scheduling strategies
Warehouse automation solution design methodologies
Through hands-on group exercises, participants worked on practical industry scenarios, including:
E-commerce B2B and B2C storage and picking operations
Specialized carrier applications for the home appliance industry
The interactive sessions encouraged active discussions, technical exchanges, and collaborative problem-solving among participants from different markets.
Manufacturing Center Tour | Exploring Smart Warehousing Up Close
As part of the program, participants visited the ZS Robotics Shanghai headquarters and Suzhou manufacturing center.
Standing in front of fully operational automated storage systems, they experienced how four-way shuttle robots, high-precision lifts, and intelligent software platforms work together to achieve accurate and efficient goods handling.
The visit provided participants with firsthand insights into ZS Robotics’ manufacturing capabilities and advanced smart warehousing solutions deployed for global markets.
Customer Insights | A Global Perspective on Automation
During the training, participants from different regions shared their market requirements and operational challenges.
A Korean participant discussed the specific requirements of cold storage applications, including moisture protection and low-temperature operation. The ZS Robotics technical team explored customized solution approaches, focusing on how to meet both regional safety standards and customers’ unique operational requirements.
A Japanese participant shared:
